Disappointed in material and layout of book. Unfortunately, I just now have had the opportunity to need it, and the window to return has closed. Just wasn't detailed enough to be worth the price. I was looking for more robust examples with explanations and tools for growth. It is simply letters, and templates. I was hoping it would give the reader helpful training.
Doesn't have a template for employee reprimands.
Everything I wished it to be
This book comes with the CD version of all of the sample letter so that you do not have to type a letter from the book. It is an excellent resource, for as a Principal, I write multiple letters and emails.
Good book to have as a reference point. Only problem, there are not enough elementary school level letters for school administrators. This needs to be corrected in order for the book to become GREAT!
My district superintendent recommended this resource during a meeting. It has every type of memo or letter an administrator would need to write. The DVD component allows you to easily cut and paste. Saves me time, which we know is at a premium for any administrator or educator.
